Just like the Sicilian tradition the shells are produced, following ancient recipes, using natural ingredients. The ingredients that make up the products, as well as the recipes, are strictly traditional ones: wheat flour, sugar, lard, wine, sea salt, powdered cocoa, powdered egg white, flavourings and vanillin.

The shells are available in the sizes: large, medium and mignon.
